Going through a divorce

I heard about 10-10-10 just after my husband asked for a divorce. It has changed the way I talk to my kids about everything, but there is still pain. I wish I could use it to talk to my husband but that's not going to happen.

My bestfriend is going through a divorce right now, so I know how you feel. She is have a hard time talking to her kids about it because they are so young. She doesn't want to hurt or scare them, but she also wants them to understand what is happening with their mommy and daddy. I just sent her an e-mail telling her about 10-10-10 and I hope she uses it wisely. I'll keep this site posted about what she does next. It's a hard situation and I'm guessing that many people can relate.
